FACT: WiNG™ System fuel and coolant lines form a closed system.
All lines are installed parallel to the gasoline fuel lines—from CNG tank to pressure regulator to fuel rail.
Like all WiNG™ System components, our lines are tested for both strength and reliability—certified under crash conditions to prevent leaks.
High pressure fuel from the CNG tank passes through a filter before entering the pressure regulator.
The pressure regulator reduces the fuel flow to a constant level for optimal performance of the injector system.
Since gases cools as they expand, a heat exchanger that utilizes engine coolant lines, maintains a constant temperature and even flow of the natural gas within the system.
